MARSHALL & JAMES LIMITED strives to provide our clients with high-quality, customizable digital tools for personal administrative use. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following refund policy to ensure transparency and compliance with our obligations to you as a customer.


Eligibility for Refunds


Standard Refunds: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days from the date of purchase. Refunds will only be processed if the purchased template or digital product has not been downloaded or accessed. Once a template has been customized, it is non-refundable, as customization services involve labor costs and unique alterations based on your request. Refunds will be given at our discretion. MARSHALL & JAMES LIMITED reserves the right to deduct costs for any materials or services that we have provided to you.


Customization Service Refunds: Customization services are non-refundable once work has commenced. If you cancel the request before customization begins, you may be eligible for a partial refund, minus administrative fees. In cases where you are dissatisfied with the final customized template, we will offer revisions to meet your expectations. If revisions do not resolve the issue, a partial refund may be issued at the discretion of MARSHALL & JAMES LIMITED.


Package Deals and Bundles: Refunds for package deals (e.g., admin toolkits) will only be processed if no templates or services within the package have been accessed or downloaded. If part of a package has been used, a pro-rata refund may be offered based on the remaining unused portion of the package.


How to Request a Refund To request a refund, please contact our support team via our Contact Us page with your order details and a description of the issue. We will review your request within 5 business days and confirm eligibility for a refund.


Processing of Refunds If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 14 business days. MARSHALL & JAMES LIMITED reserves the right to reject refund requests if there is evidence of misuse, fraud, or violation of our terms of service.

  • Fully customized templates that have been delivered.
  • Any products or services that have been downloaded or accessed.
